Process route: The main technique is:drying pyrolysis + resource utilization,compost fermentation and resource product landscaping

Acceptance Criteria:"Administrative Measures for Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution from Solid Waste"

Treatment capacity: 400 tons/day

Effect: The sludge from pyrolysis process is indirect heating,and the heat exchange temperature is between 300-600°C.The heat from indirect combustion is recovered.The dry slag after treatment has realized the goal of harmlessness,resource-reduced, which is the best sludge treatment and resource recovery technology. 

Project Planning (Total investment of 538 million RMB, with an area of 154 acres)

Including: Sludge harmless treatment and resource utilization

As for two types of sludge, industrial sludge and municipal sludge, a processing plant with treatment capacity of 400 tons/day is built.

Environmental Protection Science Education Base

The first environmental protection science education base in Tianjin will be built on the planned land use, and it will serve as a propaganda, education, and demonstration role. After the project is completed, it will apply for inclusion in the list of “national environmental science education bases” set up by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Soil Remediation Demonstration Base

Based on sludge treatment, the project will build a soil remediation demonstration area and apply soil improvement and resource utilization technologies to the research, development, and application of soil remediation to solve a major problem in the future development of the environmental protection industry.
