Effect: The wetland system carries out deep purification of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and refractory organic pollutants in the tail-water of Level A standard water after the reuse of the effluent of the sewage treatment plant, and then discharges it offshore to effectively protect the water quality of the coastal waters, and keeps excellent waters eco-system.
